Q. What is NEFresh ?

NEFresh is an initiative of Ayanant Ventures Pvt. Ltd. to deliver fresh cut hygienic meat, fish, vegetables and spices to the consumer sitting in the luxury of their home. For more details please refer to “About us” section.

Q. Who is the owner of NEFresh ?

Ayanant Ventures Pvt. Ltd is the owner of the brand NFFresh.

Q. Who can place order at NEFresh ?

Anyone wanted to enjoy the hoe cooked meat can place order for fresh cut meat on NEFresh.

Q. Is it necessary to register to shop on NEFresh ?

No registration required to surf the offerings but to place order one need to register by acceptingt&c.

Q. How do I register ?

You can register by clicking on the ‘login’ link at the top right corner of the home page. You need to provide all necessary information by filling up the online form to complete the registration process. You can review our privacy policy and Terms and Conditions while registering yourself as customer.

Q. Is there any registration fee for shopping at NEFresh ?

The registration is completely free.

Q. What are the benefits of a premium customer ?

The premium customer can avail following benefits-

  • Free home delivery of their first 24 numbers of orders for a period of six moths from date of registration.After completion of 24 orders the normal delivery charges is applicable to each order as per T&C of the in. Premium customer need to renew their registration after six month from the date of registration as premium customer or may renew after 24 orders to continue the benefit of the premium customer
  • Premium customer can order their products over phone to our customer care number and accordingly our customer care executive arrange the order on cash on delivery basis.

Q. Do I have multiple registration or can I have multiple registration with same mobile number and email ID ?

Each email ID and mobile number can only be associate with one account of NEFresh.

Q. Can I add more than one delivery address ?

You can add more than one delivery address. But, for a specific order you need to select specific delivery address. All items placed in a single order will be deliver only at one selected delivery address. To deliver different order to different delivery address you need to place separate order.

Q. When I will receive my order ?

We understand how impatient you may get to lay your hand upon the fresh meat. Once order is confirmed, you slate to receive the product with in 30 mins. Alternatively, you can also prebook your order by selecting the delivery slots.

Q. How fresh fish and meat will be packed and deliver to me ?

Hygiene is utmost importance to NEFresh. We get the best quality meat, get it freshly cut & pack it in a food grade, decomposable packing. To maintain the freshness, we transport the package in an cool, insulated container.

Q. What is the delivery charge for my order ?

For general customer the delivery is free of cost for all orders equal to or above INR 650 (Rupees Six hundred and Fifty Only), delivery charge of INR 29 (Rupees twenty nine) is applicable for the order bellow INR 650 (Rupees Six hundred and Fifty Only). This policy may change from time to time. Please refer terms and conditions.

Q. Is NEFresh is delivering in my area ?

You will be able to check this detail at the time of checkout when you enter the address. If we are unable to deliver in your area – we will inform you before checkout.

Q. What is the delivery slot ?

Delivery slots are time slots during which you will receive your order against your order. We offer 4 delivery slots

Guwahati City

Slot-1: 8 AM to 10 AM

Slot-2: 10 AM to 1 PM

Slot-3: 5 PM t0 7 PM

Slot-4: 7PM to 9 PM

Q. Can I change my order delivery slot after placing the order ?

Delivery slot cannot be changed once the order is placed. In case of an urgent requirement of change of slot please contact our customer care and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Q. How do I check the current status of my order ?

You can check the current status of your order by tracking your order in your mobile application.

Q. How can I cancel my order ?

As we start getting the order executed once you place order & we don’t deliver the order designated for one customer to any other customer. In the said scenario, it will be impossible to cancel the order post 5 mins of placing order.

Q. What is the cancellation charge for my order ?

There is no cancellation charge.

Q. Is GST is applicable on my purchase ?

You pay what you see. NEFResh will take care of all the applicable taxes.

Q. Is it safe to use credit/debit card on nefresh.in ?

Yes, it is absolutely safe to use credit/debit card on nefresh.in. We use the best possible encryption for safeguarding your financial data.

Q. What is Cash on Delivery (COD) ?

You can make the payment in cash to the delivery boy once you receive your ordered item. However, COD option could be chosen only upto 1000 Rs. Cart value. For order more than 1000 Rs., you have to make payment in advance.

Q. What is the procedure to get the money return if my order is not deliver ?

We always put our best effort to deliver your order on selected time slot. For any natural calamity like flood, heavy rainfall etc. or other adverse law and order condition of your place or any unavoidable circumstances if we unable to deliver your product then our customer care executive will intimate you and your money will be refund within 2 working days.

Q. What is the minimum order value ?

As we are there to deliver the Fresh Cut Meat all through the day, we would not like you to store the meat but yes, to justify the shipping charges, we have kept a min quantity, which varies category wise. You can check it while browsing the categories.
