Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows-

CANCELLATION POLICY

After placing the order, you can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing the order using the cancellation link provided against the order number in order history. After 5 minutes, we considered your order confirm from your side and thus cancellation option will disappear from the order history. For Cancellations in case of emergency contact our customer care number or write a mail to support@nefresh.in.

REFUND POLICY

If you cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing the order then refund will be process automatically and will take 3-5 business days. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

If you have cancelled the order in emergency or other reasons through our customer support team after 5 minutes of placing the order, then based on enquiry and satisfaction of reason we may process full refund or partial refund.

Considering the nature of the fresh products, we will not accept any return once the order is confirmed from our stores.
